Rental allows client put its cash for investment in assets that appreciate rather than those that depreciate. Additionally, it is very difficult, if not impossible to measure Return on Investment (ROI) from certain types of assets e.g - IT investments, telecom equipment or other depreciating assets. Rate of obsolesce and continual emergence of newer technologies makes renting such assets prudent option over incurring Capex. The before and after-tax comparison of rental to cash will almost always be favourable to rental.
The primary term ranges from 12 to 60 months. Kindly take note that these rentals can also be extended at the end of the primary term, thereby providing the client additional use of the asset. Period of Rental is generally based on consideration of expected useful life of the asset, purpose of renting, expected period for replacement, customisation for client requirement etc.

Because client sources equipment rented through the supplier of their choice, client is simply affording the use and warranties or service arrangements that are offered by that supplier. In the case of a fault client is required to deal with the supplier directly. If any of rental equipment is replaced due to a fault, client is responsible to keep us advised so that our records can be updated. Beyond Rentals does not warrant the equipment or provide a maintenance arrangement. We provide a rental facility on a pay for use scenario and also advise the client that they should maintain our equipment in good working order (fair wear and tear expected). The client can obtain warranty/maintenance cover if desired to ensure equipment is kept in good working order. Further, client is expected to meet their obligation towards timely service of rentals irrespective of non-operability of equipment due to whatsoever reason to avoid untoward process of repossession and claim of damages as per agreed T&C.
